Note to myself: When I eat like crap I feel like crap.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could remember this before we ate like crap. I always said that if I could bottle the way I feel after eating too much, or eating too many things that are bad for me, I could sell it to everyone and be a millionaire. If I could truly remember the way I feel after eating doughnut before I ate it, I would never eat one again. But, unfortunately, it never seems to work this way. So I guess this is where willpower comes in – or not :-).
